Sterling Trust has quite a reputation for poor customer service.They also ripped me off by not sending me a statement for my annual fees, then charging me a $100.00 late fee when they sent me the FIRST notice that the fees were due.

I recommend you stay well away from this company and select another trustee for your precious metals account. Ripoff. Ripoff. Ripoff.
